Determine your budget and let your caterer know so they can customize your menu.
Be precise on your RSVP's. Your caterer needs a reasonably accurate guest count 2 weeks prior to your event. Add to that count a 6% buffer to avoid the possible embarassment of running out of food.
Be precise about time to begin serving the meal. Allow time for pictures, etc. Your caterer allows cooking and delivery time to present your food at it's best quality and long delays could result in a less than satisfactory meal.
Arrange your buffet set-up carefully for these considerations:
To allow free access for your caterer to bring in and set up.
To allow a free flow of traffic so guests can eat speedily and not feel congested.
Make sure the caterer has a parking spot reserved close to the delivery area.
We discourage retention of leftovers for safety sake, but if you decide to risk it, we will ask you to sign a release form and expect you to have containers ready to use, as we do not provide disposables.
Your caterer does not provide forks or cake plates. If you desire the caterer to bring these items, please make arrangements ahead of time.
