How much time do I have to decorate before my event?

he Pavilion allows up to 3 hours for you to decorate. More time is available at an additional charge.

Can I prepare my food within the facility?

No, all food must be prepared and arranged prior to bringing it in.

Is clean up included in the facility rate?

The rental party is responsible for leaving the Pavilion in a reasonably clean condition. Removing all decorations, food, trash and cleaning the bar equipment (if used). The kitchen must also be cleaned after use.

How do I reserve a date?

When deciding on a date, call to make arrangements with the event director for reservation information. A 50% non-refundable deposit (of facility rate only) is required at the time an event is placed on the reservation schedule.

Can we use our own caterer?

No, we have an arrangement with our approved Caterers that no other caterers will be permitted on premise.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, you must first obtain a "Host Liquor Liability" from your home owner’s policy for the date of your event.

Can I bring my own table linens?

Yes, we have no restrictions for table linens. No tape or staples shall be used to secure your linens to the table.

Is there smoking permitted in the Pavilion?

No, the Pavilion is a smoke free facility. Designated smoking areas are at the north outside entrance.

Are there refrigerators and freezers available for me to use?

Yes, we have 3 large refrigerators and 1 large freezer available at no charge for your use.

Can I reserve my date a year in advance?

Yes, you can actually reserve your date 2 years in advance.
