In the event that bad weather or mechanical failure forces us to cancel scheduled games at the Pavilion, we will take the following steps:
The decision to cancel scheduled games will be made no later than two (2) hours prior to the start time of the first scheduled game that day.
The coach/captain of each non-house team scheduled to play that day will be notified via telephone of the game cancellation as soon as possible. It is the coach's/captain's responsibility to notify their players of the game cancellation.
All house team players will be notified via telephone of the game cancellation as soon as possible.
The coach/captain of all teams with scheduled practices will be notified via telephone of the practice cancellation as soon as possible. It is the coach's/captain's responsibility to notify their players of the game canellation.
All cancelled games will be re-scheduled as soon as possible. Revised game schedules will be posted on our website and at the facility. Cancelled games may be re-scheduled for a different day of the week than the normal playing day(s) for a team.
It is imperative that all team coaches/captains as well as all house team players provide us with their current telephone number. We cannot be responsible for contacting people who have changed their telephone number without notifying us.
