Timeline of the Lacrosse Clinic

All sessions are 90 minutes long, for the first 45 minutes we will be working on stick skills and rules of the game. For the second 45 minutes there will be a controlled and instructional scrimmage.

The skills will be very repetitive but this is the only way to learn the game as in many other sports. In the first section everyone will work on passing, catching, cradling, ground balls, and shooting. These are the most important skills to know in this game.

In the instructional scrimmage I will ref and run it as a stop and go pace for questions or my input. This will be a slow and steady scrimmage so we can all learn the game and at the same pace. As we get further into the sessions it will be a much smoother scrimmage and the skills will become a lot easier.
