2010 and 2011 Soccer Season

Coaches / Captains Meeting schedule for Oct. 30 from 6:00 pm -   7:00 pm

In an effort to better match our facility capabilities and soccer programs with the needs of our customers Pavilion Sports is reorganizing the indoor soccer programs for next year. This notice is a "heads - up" to players, parents and coaches and is also a solicitation for your input, suggestions & feedback. We have talked to many already but wish to give everyone the opportunity to provide input. Essentially we are moving to a 3 session soccer program with 6 league games per session in 6 consecutive weeks.

• Session 1 starts the 1st week of November and ends during the Christmas Holiday.

• Session 2 starts the 1st week of January and ends in the middle of February.

• Session 3 starts late February and ends in March.

The adult men's, women's, coed and the high school leagues will have playoffs and Championship (therefore a possible 8 games total ~ maybe played on another day of the week than scheduled game days). The youth and adult coed leagues will not have playoffs (6 game total). Men will play on Sunday evenings, Women will play on Sunday afternoons, High School Girls will play on Mondays, Coed will play on Wednesdays, High School Boys will play on Thursdays and Youth will play on Saturdays. With this announcement the league start-dates and game-days for each league are hence already known and are outlined below. We will follow our newly implemented game-change policy if a team needs to reschedule a game. Which is: essentially if the opposing team coach agrees to a change, the two coaches will reschedule a new day/time with Pavilion staff and the coaches will notify their players. The Pavilion will NOT be changing everyone else's schedule just because one team has a problem with a date/time, nor will we notify players of changes.

Goal Getters Program

This is a 6 week session for ages 4 - 6 and focuses on learning the fundamentals of the game, some basic individual soccer skills & team work and just plain having fun out on the field. Cost is $25 per player per session. Please also refer to the separate informational flyer about this program.

Drop-in Play ($5.00/session)

We hope to be able to offer drop in play for men's, co-ed and women only. Let us know what day & time works best for you! It's looking like later Mon., Wed. and Thurs. nights (9pm & past) and Sunday am.

We also will have time to accomodate your team if they wish to schedule paid practice sessions.

Pavilion Indoor Soccer Session Information:

Adult Mens/Womens/Coed & High School League

Each Session - 6 games / 6 weeks plus 1 week for top 4 playoff -
8 possible games. Cost - $550 per team. A non-refundable $200 is due at team registration and total is due before first game (no exceptions made). There will be no per-player amount collected by the Pavilion only a team fee. It's up to the team captain/coach to collect & pay the amounts due when they are due. Registration and waiver forms required.

• Roster - (play 6-a-side) max 12 players. Roster is "set" after the 3rd game (no New players).
• Substitutes - may play any game (NOT PLAYOFFS) @ $10.00 each time.
• Age Eligibility - Adult 16 & up High School: must be a Freshman - Senior in school.
• Uniforms Required - Same team color shirt with number on the back. (No duplicate #'s) Optional uniforms available thru the Pavilion @ our cost+. We encourage teams to have full uniforms. Tennis shoes, indoor soccer shoes, turf shoes or cleated shoes (no metal) may be worn. Shinguards REQUIRED for High School Players.
• Awards - medals for first and second place team members, league most goals scored and league most valuable player.
• Playoff Games - Held the first available time slots prior to the next session start (not necessarily on your regular play day). There will be a $2 spectator admission charge for the playoff games.

Youth League

Each Session - 6 games / 6 weeks, no playoffs.  Cost - $550.00 per team or $60 per player, due before first game (NO Exceptions). The Pavilion will handle individual registrations and payment but we prefer the team's captain to collect and submit all at once beforehand if Possible. Registration and waiver forms required.

• Sign-up Bonus - Sign up as a team with a minimum of 9 players (14 max) PAY ONLY $550/team fee
• Roster - (play 7-a-side) max 14 players. Roster is " set" after the 3rd game (no new players).
• Substitutes - may play any game @ $10.00 each time.
• Age Eligibility - At the Start of Session 1 we will use the following Birth

• Parents: You MUST bring a copy of participants birth certificate to verify age.

• Youth players may play in older division but no more than 1 group up. No play-down, although you may return from a move-up. Need a team to play on? We will be assembling house teams.
